Julie Zuckerberg currently works for Deutsche Bank as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Executives. Deutsche Bank is among the leading global financial service providers. Julie works together with executives in the commercial business and private wealth sectors, Global Technology, and Asset Management; this collaboration aims to push towards better policies on talent acquisition and the recruitment process. She also advises the executive and leadership committees on hiring and recruitment formalities intended to attract top talent while increasing proficiency. Julie holds a Philosophy degree from the City University of New York. She further proceeded to the New York Law School where she got her Juris Doctor Degree. Julie Zuckerberg’s Career History

 

Julie Zuckerberg began her career in November 2002 as the Director of Candidate Placement at Hudson. During her five-year tenure, she recruited case managers, paralegals, attorneys, and support staff. She provided information to employees regarding benefits and also served as the sole link between employees and the organization’s clients. In October 2007, she joined Citi Global Functions as an Executive Recruiter where she helped in executive recruiting for senior levels in Audit, Legal and Compliance jobs. She also deployed strategies to help with the recruitment process including direct sourcing, the internet search, social media, and employee referrals. Julie later became the Executive Recruiter for Citi Global Consumer Bank between July 2011 and November 2013. She joined Deutsche Bank in April 2014 as Vice President and Executive Recruiter. In November 2015, she became the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead for Deutsche Bank.
