Strategic Recruitment

According to the Michael Report, Julie interacts with employees with the intention of understanding their talents and desires. Her theory is that internal organizational promotions help develop confidence, appreciation, and morale towards the company. As part of understanding the new millennial workforce, Julie frequently observes social media sites and looks for new potential employees from colleagues and associates performing the same job description. Julie finds it productive to involve associate employees in the recruitment process; this is a strategic move to increase the pace of identifying possible candidates. They contribute valuable information regarding said prospective employees. Julie sees employee information as highly imperative to the recruitment process and values open dialogue with employees especially when there is an open job slot. To ensure that she is on an active hiring streak in today’s business world, Julie maintains close relations with placement offices at various universities, executive search firms, and other recruiters in the United States.
