Lincolnshire Management President and CEO TJ Maloney is Happy to Announce Four New Members of the Lincolnshire Team
Four new professional associates are set to join the private equity and middle-market investing firm, Lincolnshire Management. These new partners will be Nicolas Vega Llona, Georg Stolt-Nielsen, Yashna Ginodia and Matthew Nacier.
Nicolas has a Columbia Business School master’s degree in finance and was involved in export and car industries at Grupo Alese. He will work in deal diligence at Lincolnshire Management.
Yashna will serve as one of Lincolnshire’s analysts. She has private equity professional experience at Noonmark Capital and is a business graduate from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Matthew has previous intern and professional analyst experience at Lincolnshire. After branching out and gaining further middle-market management and acquisitions experience with companies in the industry, Matthew continues on as Senior Associate at Lincolnshire. He has is master’s in finance from Columbia University.
Georg has a bachelor’s in economics from Georgetown University and professional experience in private equity as well as been a contributor to software development for the maritime industry. He will serve as an analyst at Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire Management’s work in middle-market acquisitions and private equity began in 1986. It maintains a capital base of more than $1.7 million and continues to apply itself to work in buyouts, divestitures and private and public equity growth from its base in New York and its office in Chicago.
It is currently headed by CEO and President TJ Maloney, who has been with Lincolnshire since 1993. His professional experience includes a term as acting CEO at Credentials as well as mergers and aquisitions work. TJ Maloney has been a college-circuit lecturer and has experience on the Boards of Trustees for both Fordham University and Boston College and on the Tilton School Board of Directors. He is recognized for moral practices and leadership by the Fordham Law School. TJ Maloney has a Boston College bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School.
